Lego enthusiasts come and go at the Northlake library.
On Saturday, March 7, about 10 children came in to try their hand at Lego construction with the library’s collection of hundreds of bricks. That’s a reasonable turnout, but the Northlake library has seen more.
“In the past we had a bigger following,” said Youth Librarian Marianne Ryczek. “Like a lot of our programs, a certain age group outgrows something. We have to see if there is interest by the younger kids.”
The library has offered a Lego Club on and off for at least three years, Ryczek said.
