HBO confirmed Thursday the new seasons of “Game of Thrones,” “Silicon Valley” and “Veep” will premiere April 12, pitting all three shows against “Marvel’s Daredevil,” which has its Netflix premiere April 10.

That is, if anyone hasn’t binged on all of the “Daredevil” episodes in two days.

“Game of Thrones” begins its fifth season at 8 p.m., with “Silicon Valley” starting its second season at 9 p.m. and “Veep” launching its fourth season campaign at 9:30 p.m. All three shows will present 10-episode seasons.

HBO announced earlier this week it will show a “Game of Thrones” trailer during a one-week screening of the series’ last two Season 4 episodes in select IMAX theaters starting Jan. 23. It has also scheduled a behind-the-scened featurette, “A Day In Life,” for Feb. 8. That will run up against the midseason premiere of “The Walking Dead” and the series premiere of “Better Call Saul” on AMC.

HBO also said Thursday during the Television Critics Association winter tour in Pasadena—I received the email releases—that it has renewed “Real Time With Bill Maher” for a 14th and 15th season of 35 episodes apiece. The talker’s 13th season kicks off Friday.

In other HBO announcements:

“Bessie,” a new film starring Queen Latifah as legendary singer Bessie Smith, will debut this spring.

Stand-up comic Tig Notaro will star in her first HBO comedy special to be taped later this year.

“Citizenfour,” the documentary about Edward Snowden, will make make its TV debut at 8 p.m. Feb. 23.

HBO will debut the four-hour doc “Sinatra: All or Nothing at All,” from Alex Gibney, to makr the 100th anniversary of the entertainer’s birth.
