The following items were taken from Lake Zurich police reports.
Approximately 30 boxes of white strips valued at $1,500 were stolen from a business in the 500 block of South Rand Road on Oct. 7.
A 30-year-old Fox Lake man was arrested on Sept. 9 at 12:34 a.m. on Route 12 at Golfview Road and charged with driving on a suspended license.
A 26-year-old Melrose Park man who was a passenger in a vehicle was arrested on Oct. 9 at 2:44 p.m. on Route 12 at Cuba Road and after providing a fictitious name, was identified as being wanted on a Franklin Park warrant and charged with obstructing justice.
A vehicle was scratched while parked in the 100 block of Church Street on Oct. 9.
A 32-year-old Wauconda woman was arrested on Oct. 10 at 1:14 p.m. in the 300 block of Telser Road and charged with speeding, driving without a valid license and driving without insurance.
A 44-year-old Lake Zurich man was arrested on Oct. 11 at 3:23 a.m. on Route 12 at North Old Rand Road and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, improper lane usage and driving while using a cell phone.
The front of a vending machine was smashed, sustaining $500 in damages, in the 100 block of North Old Rand Road Oct. 11.

A 55-year-old Woodstock woman was arrested on Oct. 11 at 7:20 p.m. on Route 22 at Route 12 and charged with DUI and improper lane usage.
A 42-year-old Deer Park man was arrested on Oct. 12 at 12:28 a.m. on Quentin Road at East Cuba Road and charged with DUI and improper lane usage.
A 24-year-old Cary man was arrested on Oct. 12 at 8:51 p.m. in the 800 block of West Route 22 and charged with domestic battery, unlawful restraint, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (under 2.5 grams).
