The following items were taken from Wauconda police reports.

A 24-year-old Loves Park man was arrested on Sept. 17 at 1:10 a.m. in the 100 block of Park Street and served with a Kane County warrant for failure to appear on driving on a suspended license charges.

A 20-year-old Rifle, Colo., woman was arrested on Sept. 18 at 5:28 p.m. following a crash on West Bonner Road at North Rand Road and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

A 43-year-old Island Lake man was arrested on Sept. 19 at 6:12 a.m. following a crash on West Bonner Road at North Rand Road and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

A 32-year-old Wauconda man was arrested on Sept. 19 at 9:31 p.m. in the 100 block of Parkview Drive and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct for public intoxication.

A 54-year-old Wauconda woman was arrested twice, once on Sept. 21 at 1:07 p.m. and again on Sept. 27 at 4:38 p.m. in the 300 block of Grand Boulevard, and charged both times with disorderly conduct for yelling at a neighbor and threatening a neighbor and workers.

A 28-year-old Chicago man was arrested on Sept. 23 at 3:57 p.m. following a crash on North Rand Road at West Bonner Road and charged with making an improper turn.

A 35-year-old Crystal Lake man was arrested on Sept. 28 at 11:54 a.m. in the 700 block of West Liberty St and charged with battery for kicking another player in the head intentionally at a soccer game. The player required stitches.

A 26-year-old Wauconda woman was arrested on Sept. 28 at 6:06 p.m. following a crash in the 600 block of West Liberty Street and charged with failure to yield at a private drive.

A 48-year-old Wauconda man was arrested on Sept. 28 at 9:34 p.m. in the 400 block of Lake Shore Boulevard and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and having no proof of insurance.

A 42-year-old Woodridge man was arrested on Sept. 30 at 10:04 a.m. following a crash on West Bonner Road at North Rand Road and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

A 41-year-old Wauconda woman was arrested on Sept. 30 at 6:34 p.m. in the 600 block of East Liberty Street and charged with two counts of endangering the life of a child for leaving her two children, ages 9 and 7, alone at home while she was at work.
