Pritzker Group Private Capital has bought Technimark, a plastic packaging manufacturer that counts Procter & Gamble, Estee Lauder, Wal-Mart and Clorox among its customers.
The purchase price of the Asheboro, N.C.-based company wasn’t disclosed. Pritzker Group Capital, which has offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, bought the business from Quad-C Management, a Charlottesville, Va.-based private equity firm.
