Northwestern tailback Venric Mark practiced Tuesday, a sign he’ll play next Saturday against Ohio State after NU’s bye.
Mark has been bothered by a lower-body ailment that limited him to 11 carries against Cal and no touches in NU’s last three games.
“He has been involved in every practice, just not some things that (the media have) not seen,” coach Pat Fitzgerald said. “It was a good day for him and a good day for our football team. So far, so good. We’ll keep him day-to-day and see how things progress.”
