The beer that makes beer nerds dizzy with excitement as much as alcohol is getting a dinner of its own.
For the mere price of (at least) $300, Publican Quality Meats is hosting a six-course meal paired with Three Floyds’ much-loved Dark Lord Russian imperial stout on July 19. The beer will be served with a menu created by chefs from Blackbird, Avec, Big Star, the Publican and Publican Quality Meats. At least seven different kinds of Dark Lord from five different years will be poured.
A total of 10 seats are available until Thursday via an on-line auction, which of course means the price could go up. The majority of proceeds will go to homeless outreach agency The Inspiration Corporation
