Things aren’t looking good this fall for any new series on The CW.
The Franken-network–a combo of the old UPN and WB nets–this week switched its Sunday sitcom lineup that includes the new flop “The Game” with its Monday lineup of stalwart “7th Heaven” and the floundering new drama “Runaway.”
No wonder the CW has ordered several new pilots. Here’s a look:
– “Ghosts”: The drama is about twentysomething operatives in the FBI’s elite special surveillance group.
– “The Good Ship”: The drama centers on a group of civilian and military doctors on a Navy hospital ship that answers medical needs in the event of a crisis.
– “Steps”: This “dancedy” tells the story of a family-run dance studio.
– The network also has a script order for a drama centering on a young woman’s video blog, on which she discusses and features her family–a la YouTube’s lonelygirl15.
