TOP PERFORMERS: Lake Zurich–Adam Simpson had 13 carries for 94 yards, 2 TDs (2 and 52 yards). Mundelein–Jamell Ross had 95-yard TD run.

EXTRA POINT: “After coach [Bryan Storz] told us that [Mundelein is] better than their 1-6 record, we had a great week of practice,” Simpson said.
