The Peter Potty from Chicago’s Visionaire Products is designed as a training aid for young guys who aren’t tall enough to reach the regular toilet comfortably. Or as the literature says, it trains them to be “stand-up guys.” We ran it by a 3-year-old tester. Though he pretty much had mastered technique already, he immediately took to the new opportunity. According to his mother, who managed to assemble the plastic urinal in minutes, his smile said it all.
Caveats: The flushing mechanism needs to be filled regularly with water, and the collection cup needs regular emptying–do not forget. Also, we would suggest stowing this away during adult parties, or somebody will try to get cute.
