Fannypack’s second album shows these girls know their old school hip-hop, electro and funk. There’s only a fine line separating playground changes like “Keep It Up,” reggae of “Seven One Eight” and the rap of “Feet and Hands” from the ultra-hip M.I.A., but unlike the Sri Lankan sensation, Fannypack never has the feeling of an arch art project.
