Village Board members unanimously approved the agreement this week after 10 months of negotiations that led to a tentative agreement last month, officials said.
Village Manager Scott Niehaus said salaries would be increased 3.55 percent the first year; 3.85 percent the second year; 3.95 percent the third year and 4.05 percent in the final year of the contract.
