The Naperville Plan Commission has agreed not to recommend to the City Council a developer’s proposal to build 27 town homes on 5.5 acres at 1000 Naperville-Plainfield Rd.
The commission said the project’s density was a major factor in its decision, and questioned whether the area was considered for single-family homes.
