The WB is once again working with producer Jerry Bruckheimer, although none of their partnerships have yet made it on air.

The network has given pilot deals to two shows from superproducer Bruckheimer, including the first sitcom from his company. The other is a drama along the lines of “Doogie Howser, M.D.,” the Hollywood trade papers report.

Bruckheimer and the WB worked together during the 2003 development season on “Fearless,” a drama about a young FBI agent genetically incapable of feeling fear. A pilot was screened for critics, but creative problems caused Bruckheimer to fold the show before it ever hit the airwaves.

The drama project for the WB focuses on a 17-year-old practicing lawyer and his relationship with a mentor. “The Practice” writer-producer Jonathan Shapiro will write and executive produce the pilot, with Bruckheimer and Jonathan Littman serving as exec producers.

The WB made a blind commitment to the sitcom, which has no writer, nor even a premise, attached to it yet.
