The folks that produced “Boy Meets Boy” are up to bat with another unscripted series. “He’s a Lady,” set to premiere Oct. 12 on TBS, will take 11 men and turn them into women for a while so they can see how the other half lives.

To do that, the competitors will undergo a “complete feminine makeover” and live together in an abode known as “The Doll House,” which TBS describes as “a beautifully decorated dwelling designed to help them get in touch with their feminine sides.” A $250,000 prize at the end of the game is presumably what keeps the guys involved.
The guys will take on challenges including getting used to wearing a bra, heading out among actual women to see if they can mingle without being found out and returning home to try to fool their families and friends.
The show will culminate in a beauty pageant, where the competitors will be asked, “What, as a lady, have you learned about being a man?” Judges Morgan Fairchild, Debbie Matenopoulos and John Salley will then choose a winner.
