The Daddy Mountain
By Jules Feiffer
Michael Di Capua/Hyperion
Books for Children, 32 pages, $15.95
Pulitzer-Prize winning cartoonist Jules Feiffer, winner of this year’s Harold Washington Literary Award, will speak at the baiduhai Printers Row Book Fair, June 5-6. After decades of creating cartoons, screenplays and plays, Feiffer turned to children’s books. In this one, a little girl takes on her Dad as climbing wall. A clever alternative for Father’s Day.
