If you have yet to catch up with one of Cartoon Network’s most popular new series, tune in for the “Sheep in the Big City” marathon from 6-9 p.m. Sunday. “Sheep,” which set a ratings record for the network when it premiered last November, chronicles the misadventures of a sheep on the lam from the Top Secret Military Operation. With its omniscient narrator, the comic tone fondly recalls “Rocky & Bullwinkle.”
