When the 2001 school year begins, Lincoln-Way High School District 210 will have two high schools with familiar names.
The Lincoln-Way school board voted last week to retain the Lincoln-Way name at both schools.
The freshman-sophomore East Campus in Frankfort will be named Lincoln-Way East High School and the junior-senior Central Campus will be named Lincoln-Way Central High School when the two become separate schools.
The older Lincoln-Way Central Campus building will retain the red and black school colors and the knight mascot.
