Residents who buy sheets of ride tickets for the village’s popular Heritage Festival could pay about 10 cents more for each ride this year.
But the higher cost means that riders won’t need as many tickets for each ride, said a spokesman for Astro Amusement Co., the vendor that provides rides for the annual street festival. And the cost to play arcade games will reamin $1, officials said.
The rides are a popular draw among the thousands who attend the festival each year. This year’s Heritage Festival is scheduled June 23-25.
