Apparently the writer is forgetful of the Carter administration`s policy toward Libya. I remind those who are so willing to forget the details that Billy Carter was a registered agent for Libya and managed to pocket $200,000 of Col. Khadafy`s money. Jimmy Carter`s response was to wring his hands, which, of course, is his usual reaction to any stressful situation.
Former President Carter`s recent remarks concerning the Libyan bombing were disgusting, particularly in light of the fact that terrorism took encouragement from the Carter mentality and began to flourish during the Carter administration.
