Theresa Rose Kosinski (nee Zalewski), age 95, beloved wife of the late Norbert Roman, loving mother of Margaret (Fred) LaCerra, Norbert Roman (Diane) Kosinski Jr., Jean (Lawrence) Piekos, Steven (Kathryn) Kosinski, and Laura (Larry) Pawlowski. Cherished Busia of 12; Natalie (Craig) Krsek, Michael (Tara) LaCerra, Lisa (Justen) Nelson, Nicholas (Vanessa) Piekos, Theresa Piekos, Laurie (Tim) Seiwert, Kristina (Arthur) Garceau, Melissa (Calvin) Dawson, Norbert Roman (Madison Michaylo) Kosinski III., Matthew (Alexandra) Pawlowski, and Lukas (Courtney McKenzie) Pawlowski; the late Joseph Piekos and Baby Raymond Kosinski. Proud great grandmother of 18 Austen, Avery, Olivia, Annabelle, Victoria, Benjamin, Liliana, Addison, Tyler, Elliott, Grace, Jillian, Quinten, McKenna, Charlotte, Dominic, Ryan, and Genevieve. Survived by half-sister Marilyn Eubanks. She is preceded in death by siblings Rose (Sr. M. Charitina). Adrian, Virginia, James, and Rita. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday Oct. 10, 2026 from 10:00–11:00 am at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity (formerly St. Tarcissus) Catholic Church 6020 W. Ardmore Ave. Chicago, Il. 60646. Mass to follow at 11:00 am.
