(Down from 9) California ingredients and cuisine inform this River North restaurant, the brainchild of partners Erling Wu-Bower and Joshua Tilden. Nearly everything on the menu spends at least a little time in PST’s wood-fueled hearth ovens (notably the pita bread, equally heavy with toppings or solo). Bring friends along; the large-format dishes are especially good, but too large for just one (or even two). Read Phil Vettel’s full review of Pacific Standard Time here.
