(Down from 11) Bellemore opened in late 2017 with a relatively little-known chef in Jimmy Papadopoulos, who was bold enough to debut a $68, caviar-topped sliver of oyster pie (with Champagne) as its signature bite — even though the menu was much more affordable overall. Now Papadopoulos is considered one of the town’s star chefs, the gorgeous, avian-themed dining room is packed most nights and that damned oyster pie continues to sell.
