The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
- A 21-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in a motor vehicle and one count each of loud excessive noise caused by muffler or lack thereof, speeding, and driving with expired license plates at 1:31 a.m. Sept. 12 in the 5200 block of Meadowbrook Street in Plainfield.
- A 24-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 12 at North Washington Street and East 5th Avenue.
- A 64-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested on a warrant at 10:45 a.m. Sept. 12 in the 600 block of South Washington Street.
- A 76-year-old woman from Downers Grove was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and attempted leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle at 8 p.m. Sept. 12 in the 6500 block of Main Street in Downers Grove.
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of obstructing an officer, attempted fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in a motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving on a registration suspended for non-insurance and a driver’s license classification violation at 10:05 p.m. Sept. 12 at Water Street and Main Street.
- A 31-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer at 11:03 p.m. Sept. 12 in the 1100 block of Elizabeth Avenue.
- A 26-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on charges of reckless driving, improper lane usage, improper lighting and failure to signal when required at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 13 at West Ogden Avenue and North Mill Street.
- A 57-year-old woman from Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of willful disobedience to rules of extradition at 7:54 p.m. Sept. 13 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
