The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to give information to an officer after striking an unattended vehicle or property and driving without a license/never issued at 4:50 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 39-year-old woman from Altoona, Iowa, was arrested on charges of theft/not exceeding $500, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and criminal trespass to a building at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 1000 block of East Benton Avenue.
- A 32-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer at 12:08 a.m. Sept. 6 at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue.
- A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two counts of violation an order of protection and one count of criminal trespass to a vehicle at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 1500 block of North Route 59.
- A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol count of 0.08 or more, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, speeding and improper lane usage at 2:18 a.m. Sept. 6 at Ogden Avenue and 75th Street.
- A 59-year-old woman from Palos Heights was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 7 at North Washington Street and East 5th Avenue.
- A 20-year-old man from Willowbrook was arrested on charges of unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and driving without a license/never issued at 1:22 a.m. Sept. 7 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
- A 52-year-old man from Des Plaines was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol count of 0.08 or more at 11:01 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 400 block of South Route 59.
