First Christian Church: 9540 Fifth St. — First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will have a “Play Music on the Porch Day – National Ukulele Event” from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Aug. 29. The event is free and open to the community and will be used as a fundraiser for the NWI FoodBank, with a box set out for monetary donations and an area available for non-perishable donations.
