The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

  • A 48-year-old man from Beach Park was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license at 3:48 p.m. Aug. 11 at East Interstate 88 and Naper Boulevard.
  • A 29-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended license, improper lighting and driving without insurance at 9:06 p.m. Aug. 11 at Ogden Avenue and Long Meadow Drive.
  • A 22-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 9:13 p.m. Aug. 11 at Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, street racing, speeding 25 to 34 mph over the limit and driving without insurance at 12:21 Aug. 12 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 61-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of burglary, theft/unauthorized control of property of more than $10,000 up to $100,000 and mob action at 1:41 p.m. Aug. 12 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 33-year-old man from Minooka was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, driving on a suspended license and improper lane usage at 2:13 p.m. Aug. 12 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 38-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a charge of endangering the health or life of a child at 5:22 p.m. Aug. 12 in the 1500 block of North Aurora Road.
  • A 42-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:35 p.m. Aug. 12 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
