The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

  • A 30-year-old man from Aurora was arrested for speeding 35 mph or more over the limit and driving without a license plate/front or rear at 4:20 p.m. July 22 at East 75th Street and South Washington Street.
  • A 46-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 4:38 p.m. July 22 at West 75th Street and Beebe Drive.
  • A 19-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct/breach of peace at 9:05 p.m. July 22 in the 2500 block of Versailles Avenue.
  • A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and all motor vehicles shall have at least two headlights at 10:49 p.m. July 22 at North River Road and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 20-year-old man from Elmwood Park was arrested on a warrant at 11:03 p.m. July 22 in the 0 to 100 block of Testa Drive.
  • A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:55 p.m. July 22 at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two counts of theft/unauthorized control/$500 to $10,000 at 2:50 p.m. July 23 in the 1800 block of Lisson Road.
  • A 27-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant at 7:32 p.m. July 23 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 57-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon at 10:13 p.m. July 23 in the 500 block of Kiowa Drive.
  • A 35-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and driving on a suspended license at 9:59 p.m. July 23 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
