Thank you, Supe. Chicago said goodbye to a sterling leader Wednesday, as former Chicago Police Department Superintendent Larry Snelling officially retired. Snelling was good for the city, good for the department, and just an all-around fantastic leader and person. He will be sorely missed.
Chicago baseball. It’s a great time to be a baseball fan in Chicago. By midweek, the Chicago Cubs were in second place in the National League Central and the White Sox were in first place in a tight American League Central.
