A 38-year-old man from Waukegan was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, resisting an officer, driving with a revoked license, improper window tinting and driving without a seat belt at 7:17 p.m. July 8 at North Route 59 and McDowell Road.
An 18-year-old man from Waukegan was arrested on a warrant at 9:27 p.m. July 8 in the 0 to 100 block of South Whispering Hills Drive.
