The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
- A 27-year-old man from Syracuse, New York, was arrested on four counts of aggravated assault on an officer and one count of unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger at 8:17 p.m. July 6 in the 1200 block of Rhodes Lane.
- A 32-year-old man from DeKalb was arrested on a warrant and on charges of possession of 500 to 2,000 grams of cannabis, driving on a suspended license and improper window tinting at 11:48 p.m. July 6 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 26-year-old man from Roselle was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, failure to report an accident to the police, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance at 3:14 p.m. July 7 in the 900 block of Commons Road.
- A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 4:27 p.m. July 7 in the 800 block of North Mill Street.
- A 37-year-old man from Glen Ellyn was arrested on a warrant and on charges of transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, reckless driving, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or attempting to elude police in a motor vehicle, driving on a canceled, suspended or revoked registration and obstructing an officer at 12:04 a.m. July 8 in the 1800 block of West Diehl Road.
- A 22-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, passing a vehicle while on the shoulder of the road and improper lane usage at 10:20 a.m. July 8 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
