A 40-year-old man was discovered fatally stabbed Tuesday in the Old Town neighborhood on the Near North Side, Chicago police said.
Around 2:10 a.m., the victim was found outside on the 400 block of West Evergreen Ave, with multiple stab wounds to the body. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one was in custody and detectives are investigating.
