Naperville Police Arrests for June 17-19

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

• A 61-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:41 p.m. June 17 at West Ogden Avenue and North River Road.
• A 19-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and one count of mob action at 5:25 a.m. June 18 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
• Two 19-year-old men from Oswego were both arrested on two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and one count each of aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon, aggravated battery in a public place and mob action at 1:57 p.m. June 18 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.
• A 22-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on four warrants at 5:30 p.m. June 18 in the 800 block of Springhill Circle.
• A 24-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, having a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and possession of a controlled substance at 6:54 p.m. June 18 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
• A 44-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:46 a.m. June 19 at Inland Circle and Fairway Drive.
• A 41-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal when required at 1:46 a.m. June 19 at Inland Circle and Fairway Drive.
• A 30-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of assault or battery at 12:09 p.m. June 19 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
• A 50-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of speeding and driving on a revoked license at 9 p.m. June 19 at Naper Boulevard and Plank Road.
