The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
- A 27-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on two charges of battery at 1:16 a.m. May 25 in the 500 block of Plank Road.
- A 41-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of possession of between 100 and 500 grams of cannabis at 1:53 a.m. May 25 in the 1500 block of Bond Street.
- A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of improper lighting, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license/never issued and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 3:32 a.m. May 25 at Fort Hill Drive and Aurora Avenue.
- A 32-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 7:04 a.m. May 27 at West Jefferson Avenue and Willoway Drive.
- A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver, driving without a license/never issued and driving without insurance at 6:58 p.m. May 27 in the 400 block of South Main Street.
- A 27-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault on public property at 7:40 p.m. May 27 in the 400 block of South Main Street.
- A 23-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:14 a.m. May 28 at South Route 59 and White Eagle Drive.
- A 40-year-old woman from Montgomery was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, failure to signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:55 a.m. May 28 in the 1500 block of North Mill Street.
- A 25-year-old man from Lowell, Indiana, was arrested on charges of battery at 8:52 p.m. May 28 at Skylane Drive and Woodlake Court. He was also charged with criminal damage to property at 10:31 p.m. May 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
