  • A 74-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:22 p.m. May 18 at West Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Rockdale was arrested on a warrant and on one count each of retail theft exceeding $300, retail theft not exceeding $300 and resisting arrest and on two counts of criminal trespass to a building at 6:23 p.m. May 18 in the 1900 block of South Washington Street.
  • A 19-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving without a seat belt and driving on a suspended license at 8:34 p.m. May 18 at Route 59 and 83rd Street.
  • A 38-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of retail theft not exceeding $300 at 9:16 p.m. May 18 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 37-year-old man from Minooka was arrested on charges of improper overtaking on the left and reckless driving at 7 p.m. May 19 at North Washington Street and Diehl Road.
  • A 51-year-old man from St. Charles was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery at 6:15 p.m. May 20 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 31-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 1:26 a.m. May 22 at North Naper Boulevard and East Chicago Avenue.
  • A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 1:42 a.m. May 22 at Fender Road and Ogden Avenue.
  • A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of endangering the health or life of a child at 9:14 a.m. May 22 in the 0 to 100 block of Huntington Circle.
  • A 20-year-old man from Hanover Park was arrested on charges of street racing and speeding 35 miles or more over the limit at 11:33 p.m. May 22 at West Jefferson Avenue and North Route 59.
