2. Marist 7-1-1 (3): After a nine-day spring break layoff, freshman midfielder Elianna Tzotzos

scores in a 2-0 victory over Plainfield South for the RedHawks’ third straight win.

3. Providence 7-2-1 (2): The youth movement continues. Four fantastic freshmen have already combined for 13 goals for the Celtics, led by midfielder Aubrey Curry with six.

4. Lemont 9-1 (9): Junior forward Alexandra Chrisman scores a goal to spark second-half surge as Lemont surprises Lockport 2-1 to win the Porter Cup championship.

5. Mother McAuley 8-3-1 (7): Another freshman star. Midfielder Juliette Hall scores the go-ahead goal in the second half of the Mighty Macs’ 4-2 victory over Plainfield East.

6. Lincoln-Way East 5-1-1 (8): Sophomore goalkeeper Logan Murphy extends her shutout streak to five games for the Griffins, who get their shot at Lincoln-Way Central on Thursday.

7. Lockport 5-3-1 (4): Senior goalkeeper Olivia Luecke shines in spite of the final result, stopping a penalty kick and making nine saves for the Porters in a 2-1 loss to Lemont.

8. Andrew 5-4 (6): Sophomore forward Hattie Mendelke scores a pair of goals as the Thunderbolts avenge an early season loss to Lincoln-Way West with a 3-2 win.

9. Lincoln-Way West 6-3 (5): Freshman forward Lucy Sheriff scores in a 3-2 loss to Andrew for the Warriors, who look to rebound after back-to-back defeats.

10. Tinley Park 4-1-1 (NR): Sophomore forward Maryam Natour steps up with the lone goal in the Titans’ 1-0 win over district rival Oak Forest.
