The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 35-year-old woman from Alsip was arrested on a charge of theft by deception with intent to deprive/$100,000 to $500,000 at 1:50 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 2700 block of South California Avenue in Chicago.
- A 19-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 8:25 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 2100 block of Country Lakes Drive.
- A 21-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on two counts of reckless driving and charges of speeding 35 miles over the posted limit, driving with expired license plates, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and improper window tinting at 12:19 Jan. 8 at 95th Street and South Route 59.
- A 24-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving on a canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 8:59 a.m. Jan. 8 at West 75th Street and Millbrook Drive.
- A 33-year-old man from Zion was charged with possession/display of a fraudulent ID card at 5:44 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 1800 block of Abriter Court.
- A 25-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of burglary, retail theft exceeding $300 and no registration plate on vehicle/front or rear at 6:25 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 1700 block of Sequoia Road.
- A 46-year-old woman from Lansing was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft exceeding $300 at 6:25 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 1700 block of Sequoia Road.
- A 34-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on two counts of violating an order of protection at 8:05 p.m. Jan. 8 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.
