The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 38-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of retail theft exceeding $300 and retail theft not exceeding $300 at 8:57 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 35-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to vehicle and obstructing an officer at 8:58 p.m. Nov. 4 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
  • A 41-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol at 9:24 p.m. Nov. 4 at Aurora Avenue and South Birchwood Drive.
  • A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance trafficking and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance/fentanyl less than 400 grams at 2:34 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 1100 block of Iroquois Avenue.
  • A 31-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 2:34 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 1100 block of Iroquois Avenue.
  • A 37-year-old man from Gilberts was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:43 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 2100 block of Wicklow Road.
  • A 23-year-old man from Maywood was arrested on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle at 10:36 a.m. Nov. 6 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • A 32-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of violation of a stalking/no contact order and disorderly conduct/breach of peace at 11:55 a.m. Nov. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 38-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of possession of 30 to 100 grams of cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 5:39 p.m. Nov. 6 at McDowell Road and North Route 59.
  • A 29-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:08 p.m. Nov. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
