The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 38-year-old man from Roselle was arrested on a warrant at 6:29 p.m. Oct. 10 at North Mill Street and Bauer Road.
- A 30-year-old man from Schaumburg was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident, driving too fast for conditions, disobeying a traffic control device, improper turn at an intersection, speeding 35 miles per hour over the posted limit and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 11 at East Chicago Avenue and South Washington Street.
- A 32-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on a warrant at 1:57 a.m. Oct. 11 at South Washington Street an West 87th Street.
- A 21-year-old man from West Chicago was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2 a.m. Oct. 11 at North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 26-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of retail theft exceeding $300 and possession of a controlled substance at 3:07 p.m. Oct. 11 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 11 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to yield at a stop sign, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:13 a.m. Oct. 12 at North Julian Street and East Franklin Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol at 1:02 a.m. Oct. 12 at Ranchview Drive and East 75th Street.
