The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 51-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 1:39 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 0 to 100 block of Fort Hill Drive.
- A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property at 3:28 a.m. Sept. 7 in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Elmhurst was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:57 p.m. Sept. 9 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 41-year-old man from Mason City was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license at 12:08 a.m. Sept. 10 in the 1500 block of Bond Street.
- A 29-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 11:40 a.m. Sept. 10 in the 1500 block of Westminster Drive.
- A 45-year-old woman from Warrenville was arrested on on count each of aggravated battery to a peace officer and criminal damage to government-supported property and two counts of resisting arrest at 11:31 a.m. Sept. 10 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a revoked license and resisting arrest at 3:22 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
- An 18-year-old man from Texas was arrested on charges of failure to remain at the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:10 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 900 block of West 75th Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery at 9 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 400 block of Aurora Avenue.
