Naperville Police Arrests for Aug. 19-21

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

• A 50-year-old man from Ottawa was arrested on a warrant at 2:31 p.m. Aug. 19 at Shiloh Circle and West Gartner Road.
• A 35-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on a charge of public indecency/lewd exposure at 3:05 p.m. May 19 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
• A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 4:04 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 1400 block of Ogden Avenue.
• An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to vehicles and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 12:58 a.m. Aug. 20 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.
• A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment, speeding, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and two counts of interference with a police officer at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 20 at Naperville Wheaton Road and East Ogden Avenue.
• A 23-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on two counts of battery at 11:02 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue.
• A 27-year-old Chicago man was arrested on charges of retail theft not exceeding $300, burglary, retail theft exceeding $300 and aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude a police/rate of speed at least 21 mph over the posted limit at 11:29 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 2500 block of Des Plaines Avenue in North Riverside.
• A 35-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device and driving without insurance at 2:07 a.m. Aug. 21 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
• A 30-year-old man from Darien was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 9:05 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road.
