Naperville Police Arrests

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

• An 18-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of reckless driving, failure to signal when changing lanes, improper display of license plates or registration sticker and speeding 35 miles per hour over the posted limit at 10:40 p.m. Aug. 16 at 111th Street and South Route 59.
• An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of street racing and speeding 35 mph over the posted limit at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 16 at Beebe Drive and South Route 59.
• A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:07 p.m. Aug. 17 at Ogden Avenue and North Charles Avenue.
• A 24-year-old man from Hoffman Estates was arrested on charges of having an obstructed driver’s view and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:17 a.m. Aug. 18 at East Diehl Road and Abriter Court.
• A 31-year-old Aurora man was arrested on two counts of obstructing an officer and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:25 pm. Aug. 18 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
• A 64-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and driving on a revoked license at 6:17 p.m. Aug. 18 at Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive.
