The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • An 18-year-old man from Aurora was arrested at 1:13 a.m. July 8 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor, speeding 15 to 20 mph over the limit and a tobacco violation.
  • A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 2:13 a.m. July 8 in the 1800 block of South Washington Street and charged with violating pretrial release-victim family/household member.
  • A 26-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested at 1:21 a.m. July 10 at 248th Avenue and Ashwood Road on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a revoked license and operating a motor vehicle when registration suspended for driving without insurance.
  • A 23-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested at 6:22 p.m. July 10 at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., on a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, no turn signal and improper window tinting/treatment.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Wheaton was arrested at 10:06 p.m. July 10 at Bella Vista Parkway and North Mill Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, attempting to leave the scene of an accident with damage to an attended vehicle, driving the wrong way on a divided highway or crossing median, transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver, improper lane usage, driving too fast for conditions/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to yield.
  • A 45-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 6:34 p.m. July 11 in the 500 block of North River Road on a charge of aggravated battery of a person 60 or older.
  • A 53-year-old man from Melrose Park was arrested at 12:11 a.m. July 12 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59 on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
