Chromosomes should dictate who competes against who

People with an XY chromosome combination have more physical strength (especially upper body strength) than people with an XX chromosome combination.

Title IX was designed to allow people with an XX chromosome combination to compete on an equal footing. These people could have competed in XY sports competitions before Title IX, but no team would have them because of their inferior strength compared to the average XY person. As a woman of a certain age, I am heartbroken that the rights we fought for to allow XX people to have equal footing sports competitions are being taken away.
