Naperville Police Arrests for Feb. 28-March 1

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

• A 36-year-old Aurora man was arrested on charges of assault, retail theft and burglary at 3:31 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
• A 28-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on one count of retail theft and five counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 6:08 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
• A 40-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of 30 to 100 grams of cannabis, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and obstructing identification at 9:23 p.m. Feb. 28 at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue.
• A 31-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon at 12:05 a.m. March 1 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
• A 44-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to yield at a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:37 a.m. March 1 at Springhill Circle and Plank Road.
• A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:52 a.m. March 1 at Springhill Circle and Plank Road.
• A 28-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant at 2:05 a.m. March 1 at Springhill Circle and Plank Road.
• A 38-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of failure to wear a seat belt and resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 10:50 a.m. March 1 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
• A 23-year-old woman from DeKalb was arrested on charges of not using a turn signal, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and possession of 30 to 100 cannabis at 6:50 p.m. March 1 at McDowell Road and North Route 59.
• A 50-year-old woman from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 7:30 p.m. March 1 at West Hillside Road and South West Street.
