
In separate posts on social media, Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign on Monday teased plans for a listening party for their upcoming joint studio album “Vultures.”
The posts specified Chicago’s United Center and the date “02 08 24,” as well as the digit “1.” The anticipated album is also known as “Vultures, Volume One,” and is currently scheduled for release the next day, Feb. 9. It will be the first joint album by the hip hop super-duo, which also goes by the symbol ¥$. There were no other details in the Instagram posts.
The United Center on Tuesday confirmed that tickets go on sale at 3 p.m. Feb. 6 for the official album release party, scheduled for 9 p.m. Feb. 8; www.unitedcenter.com
According to the event description: “Fans will have the rare opportunity to experience ‘Vultures, Volume 1’ in a high-fidelity audio and visual showcase, crafted by Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign. This event marks a historic moment as attendees will listen to the album together with the artists and album collaborators before it becomes available to the general public at 11pm CST on the same day.”
