A Naperville man has been charged with possessing child pornography following an investigation by the Lisle Police Department.
Police officers identified a person believed to be distributing child porn, which led them to the home of Kevin J. Carroll, 38, of the 23w400 block of Greenbriar Drive, a news release said.
Armed with a search warrant, police recovered images and videos in Carroll’s cloud storage account that they say contained illegal content, the release said.
Carroll was charged with five class X felonies for child pornography.
“This is the second person we arrested for child pornography this month,” Lisle Police Chief Kevin Licko said in a statement. “We will continue to aggressively seek out those individuals involved in this type of activity.”
