A new 100th anniversary logo has been unveiled by Clarendon Hills officials, as the village celebrated its actual 100th birthday Monday and will continue with special centennial events throughout the year.

The new logo is on display on banners attached to light poles around the village as well as a larger version of it on the wall of the Village Board Room at Village Hall.

“Throughout the year 2024, we will continue with the traditional events many residents look forward to every year, but they will have a little something extra to celebrate this milestone,” Assistant Village Manager Mera Johnson said.

Lacka-Daisy-Cal features Tierra Distilling’s Duel White Whiskey paired with Antica Sweet Vermouth and Compari that business owners said combine to create a drink that floats between a Boulevardier and a Negroni.

Pushing Daises has Duel Bourbon Whiskey, High Voltage Coffee Liqueur and Limoncello with a hint of salt that combine for what the owners said of a drink with toffee-like notes.
