The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 36-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of theft over $500 at 3:24 p.m. Jan. 12 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

A 39-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of firearm without a valid FOID, failure to surrender FOID card, illegal possession of ammunition, illegal transportation of cannabis and driving without insurance/operator under suspension at 10:37 p.m. Jan. 12 at South Washington Street and Elmwood Drive.

A 34-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, no rear registration plate light, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of cannabis and obstructed windshield or front/side window at 2:46 a.m. Jan. 14 at East Ogden Avenue and Sherman Avenue.

A 56-year-old woman from Los Angeles was arrested on charges of prostitution and violation of the Massage Licensing Act at 2:38 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue.

A 43-year-old woman from North Aurora was arrested on charges of prostitution and violation of the Massage Licensing Act at 3:42 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 1600 block of Pebblewood Lane.

A 48-year-old woman from Flushing, New York, was arrested on charges of prostitution and violation of the Massage Licensing Act at 3:42 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 1000 block of 104th Street.

A 54-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a revoked or suspended license at 6:17 p.m. Jan. 17 at South Route 59 and 95th Street.

A 24-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of theft/lost or mislaid property less than $500 at 6:33 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.

A 34-year-old man from Maywood was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of identity theft at 8:16 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 600 block of South Route 59.
