The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 19-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 11:43 p.m. Dec. 16 at Aurora Avenue and River Road.

A 36-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to yield turning left, driving under the influence of alcohol, violation of the Concealed Carry Act and driving without insurance at 1:52 a.m. Dec. 17 at South Washington Street and Ring Road.

A 35-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal transportation of cannabis and driving without insurance at 1:57 a.m. Dec. 17 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.

A 26-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on a charge of violating the Concealed Carry Act at 2:17 a.m. Dec. 17 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue.

A 25-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 9:14 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.

A 22-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 9:18 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.

A 19-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on a warrant at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.

A 25-year-old man from St. Paul, Minnesota, was arrested on charges of theft/obtains control over stolen property and obstructing justice at 11:07 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
